Although you won’t have access to Michele 1:1, you will be spending time with her throughout the 8-weeks via your 4 live Q&A sessions. Michele will be available to answer any questions you may have or work through any roadblocks you may be facing.

During the 8-week program, we require a minimum of 12 hours to commit to the program. This will give you enough time to complete the online education and attend all 4 live calls with Michele.

I’m Michele, the Owner and Founder of Scarlet Thread Consulting. Before becoming a business coach, I spent over a decade running my own design business. I know firsthand the stress and uncertainty that comes from not having a clear handle on your finances—the stomach-churning fear of not having enough money to pay taxes or even yourself.
That experience was a wake-up call. I realized that simply booking more clients and working harder wasn’t the key to profitability. Instead, I had to restructure my pricing, improve cash flow management, and create a financial plan that actually worked.
For the past fifteen years, I’ve helped interior designers take control of their financials—helping them understand their numbers, make strategic decisions, and build profitable businesses that support their goals.
