with Sheri Corey
Welcome to another episode of our Business Challenges Series. In this series, business owners share their challenges and we work through the issues to solve the problems they are facing. Even if your challenge is not the same, listen in to see if the methods and thought processes could apply to you.
Our business challenge today is from Sheri Corey of Style and Stitch in Homewood, Alabama. Sheri is pivoting in her business to also prepare for the end game – retirement. Listen in as we dig into the fear that is surrounding her pivot and the often present Imposter Syndrome.
Topics Mentioned:

Thoughts from Sheri:
I question if I am good enough.
I made a commitment…but can I really do it?
I have a fear of losing money if a client doesn’t like what I’ve done.
Thoughts from Michele:
I think the majority of this isn't about ability.
I would encourage you to go back and look at that perfect outcome that you want and go through a visioning exercise.
We have the ability to learn and to grow.
What I would love for you to do is identify all of your fears.
You can create something that is good enough and the client could still not like it. That doesn't mean it's not good enough.
We have a fear of not being good enough.
