Thoughts from Cat:

  • I am a people pleaser and a helper. I like to solve problems.

  • There is no carbon copy on my staff.

  • I am here to understand where your pain points are.

  • If they are not able to “go” with us, then they are not the client for us.

  • I want to keep the client happy, but I need to lookout for my team as well.

  • Before responding to a client, I like to take time to think about what I need to say.

  • It is the community that takes care of small businesses.

  • I feel like we can do some amazing work in our own community.
